I shot another gorgeous family recently: Regan, Rebecca and their utterly adorable daughter, Tiana. Rebecca was the maid of honour for Craig and Marnie’s wedding I photographed almost this time last year! We met at the gorgeous Fagan Park around lunchtime and grabbed some photos. The park was a special place to Rebecca and Regan – it was where they had their engagement party and wedding location photos a few years ago.
so unbelievably cute!

I was incredibly drawn to Tiana’s amazing eyes…

and then a few snaps of R + R without Tiana…

Kenney of Glen & Leila wedding fame contacted me months ago to see if I was available to run a crazybooth for the 21st party of his sister, Louise. Louise had a 1950′s theme for her party (think Mad Men, Grease etc) which looked awesome!
The day of the party also marked the 3 year anniversary of Louise and her boyfriend, Brendan, so I did a short photoshoot just before the party started with them all dressed up…

so easy to photograph…
)

I love these sun-flare ones…

the tourist information centre in Campbelltown made a fitting background
)

then onto the party!

the crazybooth photos can be viewed here.
Happy birthday Louise! Thanks for letting me be a part of your fun fun party!!

Ben & Sarah are great friends of ours from Brisbane. And by great friends I mean seriously great friends. Friends who will play poker with you in hospital until the nurse kicks them out. Friends who’ll go on holidays with you and your 2 toddlers, friends who will turn up on your door with thai/gourmet pizza/cheese & wine and a packet of cards just when you need it. We seriously miss them now that they’re living in Brisbane! A couple of months before Caleb was born Ben & Sarah welcomed their gorgeous son Levi into the world. On our recent holiday to Kingscliff, Jonathan took the opportunity to take a few snaps of their little guy and new family.

We headed down the beach and the sky was just beautiful…

Ben is seriously one of the most attentative and doting dads around…

Aww… we miss you guys & love you all lot’s xx

afterwards both our families ended up at McDonalds to come good on the bribery we promised during the shoot!

 Sunday marked my hat-trick shooting at Wollongong Botanic Gardens (I think I’ll take a break from there for a while
) for Nicole and her family + extensions. The rain held off long enough to get some great photos of this beautiful family…

3 cheeky boys on a bridge

Mum jumped in (literally) for a shot with her boys…

leaves are very entertaining…!!

one for grandma…

Ok so I have about 5 recent shoots to blog from the past week and well…I’m not supposed to be working today…
anyway…

For every $100 of reprints that is made from a couple’s e’session / wedding, we will be giving that couple $15 worth of credit to spend on our products. (canvas, enlargements, coffee-table books etc!) So to take advantage – hit your guests up with your gallery link!

The Saturday before last (I’m a bit behind in my blogging – too much going on)Â I had the fun of photographing Nicole, her sisters and teenagers at Austinmer beach! They were after some nice photos for Gran on mothers day…

I met Simon (in the middle of the photo below) on the same NEIS course that I did back at the beginning of the year. He was after a couple of family photos for Christmas. We met up in the Wollongong Botanical Gardens and the rain held up for a great shoot!

count them… 10 children!

The logistics of getting all the children up into a tree and then getting them to look at the camera at the same time…
well lets just say I ‘borrowed heads’ from a sequence of shots and made them all look at me in photoshop!

and a few headshots for the parents…

Next time I will bring a truckload of lollies to help out!

This time down at North Narrabeen beach I had great weather for a shoot! I met up with Mark, Katie + Sarah and Katie’s sister Jennie + Riley. Here are a few photos from their photoshoot – in time for Christmas!
These rocks were in the shade so we started here…

I loved how Mark, Katie + Sarah had matching blue coloured tops which went with the blue from the tidal pool!

A perfect afternoon with plenty of great photos!
