Friday’s Bowral wedding started off with a huge thunderstorm, including hail. The rain stopped and things dried out enough for Ryan + Amy’s beautiful outdoor ceremony to take place. At one point during the location shoot, it started raining lightly, but the sun was out still. The sun hitting the rain made it look a bit like snow…

Early April gone, on a gorgeous Friday Rupert & Kate hosted their perfect Southern Highlands wedding. Travelling over from the UK with many friends and family they had a wonderful celebration. They prepped at Peppers Craigieburn in Bowral, before heading down the road to St Jude’s Anglican church also in Bowral. The evening partied on at Centennial Vineyards.
some gorgeous autumn colours starting to blossom…
I loved Kate’s dress…
Kate was stunning…
the 3 pageboys were impossibly cute…
then a few photos in the disappearing sunlight (daylight saving over)
2 thumbs up to a sensational day!1 Comment | Leave a Comment
Back in November Tim and Kate had their gorgeous wedding. The girls got ready out at Pinn Cottages in Crookwell before we went to St Mary’s for their ceremony. They had their ceremony at St Mary’s as Tim’s family line has some history with the church and even has a stain glass window in the building. So where is Crookwell? About 30 minutes north-west of Goulburn, where mobile coverage is limited 😉 Afterwards we headed over to Peppers Craigieburn in Bowral for their reception (read: party)
I loved Kate’s details for the day and their Scottish touches.
Kate made a stunning bride:
Tim met Kate outside the church and then they walked down the aisle together behind the Scottish bag-piper…
emotions ran for the procession / ceremony…
then we stopped off on the way back from Crookwell to Bowral to get some safe photos just in case it was raining back at Bowral…
back at Craigienburn…
Kate from Absolutely Flowers did a stunning job with the flowers / table decorations..
Thanks for a gorgeous November wedding 🙂
And yes I managed to make it home that night T & K!
Naomi and I were both really looking forward to Dan & Jess’ wedding! We had an amazing e’session with them and this was our first wedding in Bowral for the year! They were married at the beautiful Craigieburn Resort. Again it was an impossibly hot day (its either raining or really hot… whats going on Summer??) but that didn’t stop a really beautiful garden ceremony and fantastic reception! We had limited time because it was so hot, so we made use inside with our video lights. Makeup by Yvette from Ethix Makeup and Styling & Hair by Megan of Visionary Hair. Flowers by our favourite Erica Jayne.
Jess had her dress custom made to what she was after – and we both though it looked amazing…
I joked Jess was part camel with her amazing lashes. She asked if that was a good thing… I think so!
most of the guests had umbrella’s to give them shade from the sun… Naomi went back to the car for some water partway into the ceremony, I was almost about ready to collapse it was so hot!
The driveway is a must-shoot location of craigieburn 🙂
and as previously seen – playing around with some different shots…
